GREEN BAY — If you want to know more about Rotary and get answers to questions you may have, book Saturday, May 20, as a date to remember!

Not only is it educational but it’s a great fun time to network with other Rotarians and meet up with those you have known for years. Now is the time to register and if you need a hotel room at the Hampton Inn (201 Main Street) over Friday night and/or Saturday (Hampton Hotel) it is especially important to reserve it by April 15th!

How to Register

  • Registering for the conference is easy (go to the below "register now" link)

It’s just that easy!

A vintage snowmobile (sled) was placed on the frozen Houghton Canal in early February as part of the “Sink the Sled” Contest sponsored by the Houghton Rotary Club. Tickets will be sold throughout the rest of winter until April 15th for $5 per guess (or 3 guesses for $10) for the opportunity to predict when the sled will fall through the ice.  (See photos attached)

The winning ticket will be worth $1,000 or 50% of the net sales, whichever is greater. The remaining proceeds will support the Houghton Rotary’s scholarship program and other community activities.

To purchase tickets on-line, view a live webcam and for more information go to SinkTheSled.com. You may also find ticket entry buckets at local establishments or contact a Houghton Rotarian.

Thanks for your support!
