Student Facilitators are returning participants who understand the importance of the conference and wish to share their first-hand experiences with the new students. As peers of the participants, Student Facilitators can relate leadership models to the real world. Their valuable input and experience is an essential part of the success of the RYLA Conference.

Super Student Facilitators are returning student facilitators who collaborate with Manito-wish staff and Rotarians on a more intimate level to plan and deliver the conference. They truly lead the conference.
In addition to playing an active role in leading the conference, Super Student Facilitators participate in a separate training designed to help them take their leadership to the next level. This comprehensive leadership development experience requires a commitment of a full year. Super Student Facilitators are not only required to participate in the conference, but also a two- day leadership development session in the summer and a two-day session over winter break.
For more information and/or to apply to be a Super Student Facilitator, e-mail Thom Cody, RYLA Conference Chairperson.
