Each year, the District 6220 RYLA Conference is led by a team of facilitators, built from a collaboration of Camp Manito-wish staff, students and Rotarians.
Student Facilitators are returning participants who understand the importance of the conference and wish to share their first-hand experiences with the new students, as well as help plan and deliver each year's conference. As peers of the participants, Student Facilitators can relate leadership models to the real world. Their valuable input and experience is an essential part of the success of the RYLA Conference.

Rotary Facilitators are called on to contribute their perspective and knowledge as experienced leaders in the real world. Rotary Facilitators are full participants in the conference, helping to make the conference into a true intergenerational learning event.
