Rotarian Tricia Rose of the Clintonville Rotary Club and Ann Fuge, District Inbound Coordinator, recently had the honor and pleasure of accompanying exchange student Felipe Augusto Madruga de Sousa to the Capitol building in Madison. They toured the Capitol, met with Representative Petersen (on left), and attended the Governor’s State of the State Address. Representative Petersen had the Wisconsin and US flags flown over the Capitol building in Felipe’s name, and later presented them to him. Felipe, in turn, presented him with his Rotary flag from Brazil.
