Durable Medical Equipment Program

Sturgeon Bay Rotary Club’s
Durable Medical Equipment Program

This is Sturgeon Bay's committee set up.  View the items listed on the right to obtain all of the information needed for a turn-key operation.

Implementation

Establish a “Durable Medical Equipment Program” as a sub-committee under the club’s “Human Development Committee”.

The purpose of this sub-committee is to work in conjunction with Door County Memorial Hospital and Neighbor-To-Neighbor Of Door County Inc. in order to build an inventory of durable medical equipment that can be loaned to members of the community that are in need of such equipment.

The inventory is to be built by initiating an aggressive “Marketing Program”.

Initial start-up costs are to be funded by the club with matching funds provided by District 6220.

Initial committee members are: Terry Lowrey, Mike Herlache and Susan Johnson with John Herlache serving as advisor. Once the program is established, additional committee members will be recruited as needed.
