Durable Medical Equipment Program

Initial Marketing Plan

1. Contact the local newspaper and request a human interest story be written covering the “kick-off” of the new program.

2. Introduce the program to the local Rotary Clubs utilizing a “Power Point” Presentation.

3. Request public service announcements to be made by the local radio stations.

4. Design an ad that solicits medical equipment donations and run it in the local newspapers.

5. Write an “Appeal” for medical equipment donations and publish it in local church bulletins.

6. Develop a “Circular and or Flyer” and make a face to face presentation introducing the program to all listings for each category designated below. At the time of each presentation the appropriate number of circulars or flyers would be distributed.
